There are many ways to mold the refractory fire bricks. Common molding methods are organic, vibration molding, melting molding, squeezing molding, and pounding molding.

At present, the most molding method in the refractory fire brick consumption is a machine pressure molding method. This method uses the brick -pressing machine and steel mold to suppress the mud into the body. Because it is generally used for semi -dry mud with a moisture content of about 5%, it has also become a semi -dry method. Machine pressure molding has the characteristics of dense structure, high strength, high strength, boring and firing collection, and the size of the size is easy to control. The compression molding can be divided into two types: single -sided pressure and double -sided pressure. The latter can reduce the layer density of the body.
The choice of any molding method is mainly based on the nature of the mud, the shape, size and other process requests of the body. In addition to the major refractory data adopts the use of machine pressure molding, vibration molding is generally used for large -shaped shapes with large molding, squeezing molding for forming of the tubular body. Therefore, some products cannot adopt the best molding method. In this case, enterprises should choose other more suitable molding methods on the premise of meeting product technical requests.
The most common problem in the process of refractory fire bricks is that it is easy to show layer cracks. In order to reduce layer cracks, when using the friction brick machine, it should be stopped in accordance with the procedures of “light, then heavy, and slow -raising”. “Light first” is mainly to shoot gas. The tightening gas remaining in the brick can significantly increase the elastic rear effect of the body. “Post -weight” is to increase the density of bricks. “Slowly raising” is to slow down the decompression speed and reduce elastic post -effect. Even so, the friction press brick machine is formed by stamping, and it is difficult to accurately control the internal quality and shape of the refractory fire brick.
The fully automatic hydraulic press can control the pressure curve of each brick in the porous molds by controlling the pressure of compression and pressure from the computer to ensure the reasonable spread of the pressure in time and space to obtain high -quality refractory fire bricks.
